Enroll in Lionesse membership
Select your membership tier. Membership is the only fee Lionesse collects. Clinical protocols are priced and billed separately at the exclusive direct provider rate, with zero Lionesse markup.

Set up your medical access portal
Immediately after enrollment, you'll complete a one-time account setup in your medical access portal. This is where you'll select protocols, book your provider consult, and manage orders. It takes under five minutes.
Once you've enrolled, you'll set up secure, private access to your own medical portal — where you manage your protocols, appointments, and health information going forward.
Independent provider consult & prescription
An independent licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake, orders labs if required by your protocol, and makes all prescribing decisions independently. Lionesse does not direct, influence, or participate in clinical decisions.
Labs required for TRT and HRT protocols only. Peptide protocols do not require labs. Any additional labwork you specifically request is available at your preferred direct rate — typically well below standard clinic pricing.
Fulfillment, delivery & ongoing support
Once prescribed, your protocol ships directly from a licensed 503A or 503B U.S. compounding pharmacy. Shipping is included in your protocol price — no additional shipping fees. Lionesse coordinates refill reminders, lab follow-up, and appointment scheduling — one point of contact for everything that isn't clinical.
Many members are reviewed and approved the same day they submit — enroll Monday morning, and your prescription could ship as early as Wednesday. Timing depends on your provider's review and pharmacy processing; no specific delivery date is guaranteed. Refrigeration required for injectable protocols.
Licensed Doctors
Independent licensed healthcare providers — not Lionesse employees. They evaluate, order labs, prescribe, and make all clinical decisions independently. Lionesse has no clinical authority.
Licensed Pharmacies
Licensed 503A and 503B U.S. compounding pharmacies operating under federal law. Regulated, domestic, and compliant. No grey-market compounds. No overseas sourcing.
Transparent Pricing
Lionesse's compensation is the membership fee. Clinical protocol fees pass through at the exclusive direct provider rate — zero markup, ever. Both numbers are published publicly before you enroll.
Lionesse is not a medical provider. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or direct clinical care. Membership provides access to concierge coordination services, educational resources, and a curated network of independent licensed providers and pharmacy partners.
All medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed healthcare professionals exercising their own clinical judgment. Lionesse does not employ, supervise, or control these professionals. Protocol access does not guarantee eligibility — provider determination is final.
