Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when accessing or using the Lionesse platform, including your name, email address, phone number, and account details. In the course of coordinating your member services, we may also receive or facilitate access to wellness-related information including but not limited to: prescription details, provider notes, lab results, appointment schedules, and shipping and fulfillment records associated with your protocol.
This health-adjacent information is collected solely to facilitate the concierge coordination services included in your membership — including appointment reminders, prescription refill coordination, lab result follow-up, and seamless fulfillment support. Lionesse does not sell, share, or use this information for any purpose other than direct member support and platform administration.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used exclusively to provide membership services, manage your account, coordinate with independent providers and pharmacy partners on your behalf, send service-related communications, and improve the Lionesse platform. We do not use your information for advertising, third-party marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your membership.
Health Information & Portal Access
By enrolling in a Lionesse membership and accessing the member portal, you acknowledge and consent that Lionesse Concierge and its authorized administrative personnel may access relevant health-adjacent information — including prescription records, provider correspondence, lab results, appointment history, and fulfillment records — solely for the purpose of providing seamless concierge coordination services. This access is strictly limited to what is necessary to support your membership experience. We do not access, review, or share this information for any commercial purpose. All health information is handled with the same confidentiality obligations applicable to administrative healthcare support personnel.
Information Sharing
Lionesse does not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with independent licensed healthcare providers, licensed pharmacy partners, and service vendors (such as payment processors and platform infrastructure providers) solely as necessary to deliver your membership services. All third-party partners are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality standards.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at operations@lionesseconcierge.com. Note that deletion of certain information may limit our ability to provide membership services.
Communications
By submitting your information through our platform, you consent to receive service-related and occasional promotional communications via email and SMS, including membership updates, appointment reminders, refill coordination, and platform notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used solely by Lionesse Holdings, Inc. to communicate with you.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Lionesse Concierge platform, website, or membership services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
What Lionesse Is
Lionesse Concierge is a wellness membership and concierge coordination platform. We provide members with access to educational resources, independent licensed healthcare provider networks, licensed 503A and 503B U.S. compounding pharmacy partners, and administrative coordination support. Lionesse is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service.
What Lionesse Is Not
Lionesse does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or direct clinical care. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed healthcare professionals exercising their own independent clinical judgment. Lionesse does not employ, supervise, or control these providers.
How Pricing Works
Lionesse collects two separate categories of fees. The Lionesse membership fee compensates Lionesse for platform access, concierge coordination, provider matching, refill management, lab follow-up, and member support. Clinical protocol fees — covering independent provider consultation, prescription, and pharmacy fulfillment — are collected by Lionesse and remitted to our clinical network at the direct clinical rate. Lionesse takes zero margin on clinical fees. Both fee types are disclosed publicly on our pricing page prior to enrollment.
Membership & Automatic Renewal
Automatic Renewal Disclosure — California Business & Professions Code §17602. Your Lionesse membership will automatically renew each month at the rate disclosed at the time of enrollment unless you cancel. All membership tiers are billed monthly.
To cancel: visit lionesseconcierge.com/cancel and submit your cancellation request — one click, no phone calls required. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period. Cancellation is effective at the end of the 30-day notice period. You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your request. Your membership remains fully active through the notice period — access does not terminate early.
Access on cancellation: upon cancellation, membership access continues through the end of the final paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Price changes: if your membership rate changes, you will receive written notice via email between 7 and 30 days before the new rate takes effect, with instructions for cancellation if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
Membership Tiers & Pricing
Lionesse offers the following membership tiers, all billed monthly:
- Founding Circle — $147/month ($4.90/day): Limited to 25 memberships. Platform access rate locked for life of active membership in good standing. 3-month minimum commitment. 30-day cancellation notice required after initial period.
- Monthly — $247/month ($8.23/day): Standard membership. 3-month minimum commitment. 30-day cancellation notice required after initial period.
- 30-Day Access Pass — $397 one-time: 30 days of portal access. Same exclusive direct provider pricing as members. No per-order platform fee. No auto-renewal. Access expires at 30 days from purchase. Convert to Monthly Unlimited before day 30 and the full $397 is credited across the first three months of that membership.
Founding Circle — Pricing Lock Terms
Founding Circle membership locks the Lionesse platform access fee at $147/month ($4.90/day effective) for the life of an active membership in good standing. This lock applies to the Lionesse membership access fee only.
Clinical protocol pricing reflects the exclusive direct rate from our licensed provider network. These rates are determined by our network partners and are subject to change based on network cost adjustments, regulatory changes, or pharmacy pricing updates. Lionesse will provide members with as much advance notice as reasonably possible of any material clinical pricing changes. In the event of a material increase in clinical protocol pricing, Founding Circle members may cancel without penalty by providing written notice to operations@lionesseconcierge.com.
Founding Circle pricing is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated. If a Founding Circle member cancels and later re-enrolls, re-enrollment will be at the standard membership rate available at that time.
Membership Access & Eligibility
Membership provides access to the Lionesse coordination platform, educational resources, and the ability to connect with independent providers and pharmacy partners at exclusive direct provider rates. Membership does not guarantee approval for any specific protocol, medication, or prescription. Provider eligibility decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare professionals and are not within Lionesse's control or influence.
Service Discontinuation & Business Termination
Lionesse reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate membership access — including Founding Circle memberships — in the event that: (a) the Lionesse platform, clinical network, or member portal becomes unavailable or is discontinued; (b) applicable laws or regulations render the service non-compliant or impossible to operate as described; (c) Lionesse ceases operations for any reason; or (d) our clinical network partnership is terminated or materially changed.
In such events, Lionesse will provide as much advance written notice as reasonably practicable via email to the member's address on file. No refund will be issued for prepaid or current-period membership fees in the event of termination due to service discontinuation, regulatory change, network partner termination, or business closure. Members acknowledge that membership fees are earned upon access being made available and that the risk of service discontinuation is a known condition of enrollment.
Lionesse also reserves the right to cancel any individual membership with 30 days written notice to the member's email on file, for any reason, at Lionesse's sole discretion.
Member Responsibilities
Members agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and throughout their membership. Members agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Members acknowledge that wellness protocols involve individual health considerations and that results vary. Members agree that Lionesse's role is coordination and education only.
Health Data Consent
By enrolling, members consent to Lionesse's authorized administrative personnel accessing health-adjacent records — including prescriptions, lab results, provider notes, appointment schedules, and fulfillment records — for the sole purpose of providing concierge coordination services. This access is strictly administrative and is never used for commercial purposes.
Independent Providers & Pharmacy Partners
Independent licensed healthcare providers accessible through the Lionesse network operate within their own practices and exercise independent clinical judgment. Pharmacy partners are licensed 503A and 503B U.S. compounding pharmacies operating under applicable state and federal regulations. Pricing through these partners reflects the direct clinical rate and may be subject to minor fluctuation. Members will always retain access to preferred network rates as part of active membership.
Platform Changes
Lionesse reserves the right to modify services, platform features, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionesse Concierge's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your membership shall not exceed the amount of Lionesse membership fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Lionesse is not liable for outcomes, results, or experiences related to independent provider care, pharmacy fulfillment, laboratory services, or individual response to any wellness protocol. Members engage independent providers and pharmacy services at their own discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Refund Policy
Provider Decline / Protocol Not Initiated
If an independent licensed provider determines that a requested protocol is not clinically appropriate for a member, Lionesse will refund all unused clinical fees — including any portion of provider consultation fees, laboratory fees, and pharmacy fees that were collected but not yet performed or fulfilled at the time of the determination. The Lionesse membership fee for the current billing period is refundable at Lionesse's discretion based on the timing of the determination and services received.
Change-of-Mind Cancellation (Right-Fit Window)
If, after your welcome call and before your first protocol order, you decide within your first seven days that Lionesse isn't the right fit, your membership is refunded in full with no administrative fee. After account setup and your first protocol order, a $25 administrative fee applies to voluntary change-of-mind cancellations, covering account setup and closure. This is separate from the provider-decline terms above.
General Cancellation
Members may cancel membership after the initial 3-month commitment period by submitting a cancellation request at lionesseconcierge.com/cancel. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Membership access continues — fully active — through the 30-day notice period. The final billing cycle within the notice period is not pro-rated or refunded. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within any billing period.
30-Day Access Pass
The 30-Day Access Pass is a one-time purchase. It does not auto-renew. No refunds are issued for unused days within the 30-day access period. Access expires at the end of day 30 from purchase and no further charges are made.
Early Cancellation During Initial 3-Month Commitment
Cancellations during the initial 3-month commitment period are reviewed case-by-case. Members will be refunded all unused clinical fees regardless of timing. The Lionesse membership access fee portion may be retained at Lionesse's discretion based on services received during the active period.
Clinical Fee Pass-Through Structure
Lionesse collects and remits clinical protocol fees to our licensed provider network at the direct clinical rate. Lionesse retains no margin on clinical fees. Refunds of clinical fees are processed in coordination with our clinical network partners per their applicable policies. Lionesse will assist members in navigating refund or dispute requests with clinical partners where possible.
Third-Party Services
Charges associated with independent medical providers, pharmacies, laboratory testing, or other third-party services are governed by the policies of those independent providers. Lionesse will assist members in navigating refund or dispute requests with third-party partners where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
How to Request a Refund
Contact operations@lionesseconcierge.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Why We Access It
This information is accessed solely to support your membership experience — including coordinating prescription refills, sending appointment reminders, tracking fulfillment, assisting with lab result follow-up, and ensuring seamless integration between your provider, pharmacy, and membership account. We do not access this information unless it is directly relevant to a coordination task on your behalf.
What We Do Not Do

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your Lionesse Concierge membership, or the services provided through the Lionesse platform — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect.
Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, or by remote hearing at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Class Action Waiver. You and Lionesse agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between Lionesse and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. YOU AND LIONESSE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Carve-Outs
This arbitration provision does not apply to: (a) claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, which you may pursue in court under the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2022; (b) claims properly brought in small claims court; or (c) actions seeking to enforce intellectual property rights.
Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to operations@lionesseconcierge.com within 30 days of first enrolling in Lionesse membership, stating your name, account email address, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other portion of these Terms or your membership.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact Lionesse at operations@lionesseconcierge.com to describe the dispute and seek informal resolution. Lionesse will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving notice. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.
Testimonial & Results Disclaimer
Member experiences and testimonials shared on the Lionesse platform reflect individual results and anecdotal reports. They are not representative of typical or guaranteed outcomes. Results vary significantly based on individual health status, adherence to protocols, provider recommendations, and other personal factors.
References to specific wellness outcomes — including changes in energy, body composition, sleep quality, skin appearance, pain levels, hormonal balance, or cognitive function — are shared as anecdotal community experiences and do not constitute medical claims, clinical endorsements, or promises of results.
Lionesse Concierge does not make therapeutic claims. All wellness protocols referenced on this platform require independent provider evaluation and prescription. Individual outcomes are the result of the member's relationship with their independent licensed provider, not with Lionesse.
In accordance with FTC Endorsement Guidelines (16 CFR Part 255, updated 2023), testimonials that do not reflect typical results are disclosed as individual experiences. Any material connection between Lionesse and a person providing a testimonial will be clearly disclosed.
