Membership provides access to the Lionesse concierge coordination platform: independent provider matching, protocol access at the exclusive direct provider rate, refill coordination, lab follow-up, appointment reminders, and one point of contact for everything non-clinical.
Membership is separate from clinical fees. Protocol costs are billed separately at the exclusive direct provider rate — Lionesse takes zero margin on clinical services. Your membership is what keeps you in the network and locks your pricing.
All memberships — Founding Circle and Monthly — begin with a three-month initial period, billed monthly throughout. After the initial period, membership continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
One click. Visit lionesseconcierge.com/cancel and submit your cancellation request. No phone calls required.
Cancellation requires 30 days notice after your initial 3-month period. Your membership and portal access remain fully active through the notice period, and you'll receive a confirmation once your request is processed.
Founding Circle pricing is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated. If you cancel, your spot is permanently released and any re-enrollment would be at the standard rate available at that time.
Not currently. Cancellation is the only option for stopping billing. Given that Founding Circle pricing is forfeited on cancellation, most members find it preferable to remain active even in months they're not actively on a protocol.
The 30-Day Access Pass gives you full portal access at the same exclusive direct provider pricing as members, for $397 one-time, with no auto-renewal — it simply expires after 30 days. There are no per-order platform fees. Convert to membership before day 30 and your full $397 is credited across your first three months of Monthly Unlimited.
You select the protocol you're interested in, and an independent licensed provider evaluates whether it's clinically appropriate for you. The provider's determination is final — Lionesse does not influence prescribing decisions.
You're never charged for medication you don't receive — and if the provider declines and nothing else on the menu fits, your membership is refunded in full, with no fee, as long as you request within two business days. Honestly, a flat decline has never happened; providers resolve questions with you, not against you.
The only costs that don't come back are services already performed at member rates: labs ($99) and the provider review ($25–$80). You keep your lab results either way. Questions about a specific determination? Text 949.424.6855.
TRT and HRT protocols require initial labs. Peptide protocols do not require labs. Any additional labwork you specifically request is available at your preferred direct rate.
Many members are reviewed and approved the same day they submit. Timing depends on your provider's review and pharmacy processing; no specific delivery date is guaranteed. Injectable protocols ship cold and require refrigeration upon arrival.
Most protocols are available in most states, but availability varies — a few aren't offered in every state or in DC, and we're expanding the menu state by state. When you select a protocol in the portal, your independent provider confirms what's available where you are before anything moves forward.
Two separate charges. Lionesse membership fee — compensation for platform access, concierge coordination, provider matching, refill management. Clinical protocol fees — the exclusive direct provider rate covering provider consultation, prescription, and pharmacy fulfillment. Zero markup. Both published publicly on the pricing page.
No. Clinical fees pass through at the exclusive direct provider rate. Lionesse earns the membership fee and nothing more.
Multiples share one provider consult, one prescription, and one shipment. Those consolidated costs are the entire discount — there's no markup being "waived," just fewer duplicate fees. It's why the NAD+ Nasal 2-Pack, NAD+ 3-Vial, and protocol bundles beat their single-order daily rates.
Membership: billed monthly for all tiers, including Founding Circle. Clinical fees: collected at the time you select and confirm a protocol in the member portal, billed according to each protocol's supply cycle.
No. Compounded medications are not covered by insurance. All costs are cash-pay. HSA or FSA funds may be applicable — consult your plan administrator.
All medications are dispensed by licensed 503A and 503B U.S. compounding pharmacies operating under federal law. No grey-market compounds, no international sourcing.
Yes — injectable protocols require refrigeration. Shipments arrive in cold packaging. Store in the refrigerator immediately. Do not freeze. NAD+ nasal spray should also be refrigerated. Topical and oral protocols do not require refrigeration.

No. Lionesse is a membership and concierge coordination platform. All clinical services are provided exclusively by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
503A pharmacies prepare medications for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription. 503B pharmacies are FDA-registered outsourcing facilities operating under higher-level manufacturing standards. Lionesse members access protocols dispensed by both types depending on the compound — all U.S.-licensed and regulated.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are legally prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies under federal and state pharmacy law. Your independent provider will discuss the clinical profile and any risks during your consultation.
